Sophomore guard Jariyah Covington led the Lady Warriors in scoring on both games of the 2019 EC Classic Nov. 25-26. She scored 21 in a 77-73 loss to LSU-Eunice and then scored 15 points in a 56-53 win over Coahoma. The product of Starkville High School leads the team in scoring with 13.1 points per game through six contests.
