Alfred Dickens starts his first year at East Central Community College in 2023. 

Originally from Olive Branch, Miss., Dickens helped lead Olive Branch High School to an undefeated 2011 season and an MHSAA championship. After high school, Dickens attended Northwest Mississippi Community College where he helped the Rangers win the MACJC championship. 

Dickens went on to play linebacker for the University of West Alabama from 2016-2018. Upon graduation with a bachelor's in interdisciplinary studies, Dickens joined the private sector in banking, before returning to the coaching ranks this year.
