Pauline Karcher begins her seventh season as cheer coach at East Central Community College.

Karcher is a former cheerleader for Tulane University where she received her bachelor of science degree in management from the AB Freeman School of Business. 

She also serves as the executive director of the CPC-Pregnancy and Family Resource Center in Philadelphia. 

Karcher and her husband, Ken, who serves as Warrior football head coach, have been married 30 years.  They have four children: Austin, Kelly, Katie and Clay.
