The East Central Community College Tennis Programs raised more than $500 to support the college's men's and women's tennis teams with its Woods & Whites fundraiser Saturday, Nov. 10, at the ECCC Tennis Complex in Decatur. Woods & Whites is a doubles event played like Wimbledon in the days of old, including wood racquets and white clothing and tennis balls. Former Warrior tennis players Joseph Jabour and Willie Wooten of Vicksburg won the tournament out of the 17 teams that participated. "I would like to thank our alumni, the EC community, friends of the program, parents, and our current players for a wonder event on a cold November day," said ECCC head tennis coach Jay Pacelli. "We have a great and caring Warrior tennis family."
