Four members of the East Central Community College Lady Warrior soccer team and three members of the Warrior soccer team were selected to play in the 2019 MACJC Soccer Sophomore All-Star Matches on Saturday, Nov. 16.

The women's match is set for Noon, with the men's match to follow at 2:30 p.m. on the Ridgeland Campus of Holmes Community College.

The East Central players will complete for the North squads.

Those named to the North Division Women All-Stars from East Central were forward Leah Anderson of Leyland, United Kingdom; goalkeeper Emily Pitts of Pearl; midfielder Lia Richardson of Huntingdon, United Kingdom; and midfielder Macey Spencer of Florence. Brandon Mitchell of Hinds Community College is the head coach.

Those named to the North Division Men All-Stars from East Central were midfielder Jake Cockroft of Kosciusko, midfielder/defender Joel Hill of Newton County, and midfielder Terrell Johnson of Jackson Murrah. Matt Convertino of Holmes Community College is the head coach.
