East Central Community College Lady Warriors were victorious against Pearl River Community College 5-3 on Saturday.

 A fielder's choice by C Riche put Pearl River Community College on the board at the top of the third.

 East Central Community College Lady Warriors made the score 3-1 in the bottom of the third after Janci Aube doubled, scoring two runs, and Lauren Dunbar singled, scoring one run.

Pearl River Community College tied the game in the top of the fourth thanks to a single by P Hoffmayer and a walk by B Daughtery.

East Central Community College Lady Warriors took the lead in the bottom of the fourth. Kylee Raye DeWitt singled, scoring one run, to give East Central Community College Lady Warriors the advantage, 4-3.

Aube earned the win for East Central Community College Lady Warriors. The right-handed pitcher gave up one hit and zero runs over three and two-thirds innings, striking out one and walking three. L Bailey took the loss for Pearl River Community College. The starting pitcher went two-thirds innings, allowing three runs on four hits, striking out three, and walking two. Emily Collins opened the game for East Central Community College Lady Warriors. The starting pitcher allowed two hits and three runs (two earned) over three and one-third innings, striking out none and walking nine.

Aube provided pop in the middle of the lineup and led East Central Community College Lady Warriors with two runs batted in. The cleanup hitter went 1-for-3 on the day. Aube, Dunbar, Sophia Romero, Reagan Bryan, Jenna Chamblee, and DeWitt each collected one hit for East Central Community College Lady Warriors. East Central Community College Lady Warriors turned one double play in the game.

Tomorrow, the Lady Warriors will face off with Jones for the second time this weekend, but this time in the championship round!
