The East Central Community College women's soccer team went out of conference to play the University of Mississippi women's club team in Oxford Tuesday, Oct. 17.

The Lady Rebels came out on top with a 4-2 win over East Central.

Scoring for East Central in the match were freshman forward Kelli Vaughn of Stanhope Elmore in Millbrook, Ala., in the first half and sophomore forward Cailee Helen McClain of Starkville in the second half.

East Central will play its final match of the season at 3 p.m. Friday, Oct. 20, against Southwest Mississippi Community College in Summit.
